  • 50 minute health consultation to help you identify some of the challenges you are facing to heal yourself.  This is an opportunity to talk with an RN and Certified Health Coach about some of the challenges your are facing related to your overall health.  You can discuss not only the physical issues but also your “Primary Foods” (IIN 2013) related to emotional, mental, spiritual, relationship, etc. and how one impacts the other.  You will leave with some insight of how you might want to make some changes in your eating, exercising, communications, etc. that you can implement.
  • Monthly newsletter and access to website.
  • For a limited time the fee of $70.00 is waived, so sign up today.
  • Pre-requisite to individual counseling sessions.

Six Weeks Health Coaching (Individualized):

  • Six Weeks Health Coaching Sessions: One per week for 50 minutes.
  • Coaching sessions will help you identify where your challenges are for living a healthier life.  Sometimes we just need a someone to listen so we can find our own answers.  As your coach I will be there to encourage, challenge, and support you as you pursue changes in your life to find how to live YOUR Best Life.
  • Monthly newsletter and access to website.
  • Additional resources that help you on your journey.

Three and Six Months Health Coaching (Individualized):

  • Three months of every other week meeting via face to face, Skype, or phone.
  • I am available by phone or email throughout the time and in between the one on one meetings for encouragement, clarification, and support.
  • Focus will be to help you to identify your challenges in living a healthier life and finding balance whether it be diet (healthy nutrition), physical activity, emotional stress, relationship imbalance, spiritual integration, financial, lifestyle choices, etc.  Change comes from within and by individual choice.  The role of the coach is help you to identify where your challenges are and to help you create your map for change.  As your coach I will be there to encourage, challenge, and support you as you pursue changes in your life to find how to live YOUR Best Life.

  • Additional resources that help you on your journey.

 Group Presentations and Facilitations:

  • Topics related to:  Pain management through Diet and Exercise, Natural Ways to Detoxify Your Body, How to Sugar Bust, Stress Management, Finding Balance.
  • Can be a one time event or a small group event over a period of time that allows group to members to process the topic and integrate into their daily living.
  • Monthly newsletter and access to website.
  • Additional resources that help you on your journey.
